Terms of International Express Shipping

Prohibited items for shipment:

It is forbidden to send the following items in parcels:

• Firearms (including signal, pneumatic, gas weapons), ammunition, cold weapons (including metal ones), electroshock devices, spark dischargers, and main parts of firearms.
• Narcotics, psychotropic substances, and drugs of any origin.
• Radioactive materials.
• Gunpowder, explosives, corrosive, flammable, or other hazardous substances.
• Medicines, dietary supplements, vitamins.
• Animals and plants.
• Food products, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes.
• Human remains or organs.
• Antiques.
• Jewelry, precious metals, and gemstones.
• Works of art and paintings.
• Money and monetary documents of any kind: payment orders, checks, vouchers, bonds, coupons, stocks, credit cards, etc.
• Postage stamps.
• Items and publications of obscene nature, including pornography in any form.
• Radiophones.

Items prohibited by international transport associations:

• Objects that, by their nature or packaging, may endanger workers handling the parcels.
• Items restricted under service regulations.
• Additional restrictions may apply according to the company’s internal policies (a detailed list is available to registered users in the terms of use).

Additional restrictions for air parcels:

• Sparklers and fireworks.
• Gases of any kind, including pepper and tear gases.
• Flammable liquids (perfumes, colognes, nail polish, etc.).
• Fuels and empty fuel containers.
• Paints, varnishes, and solvents.
• Radioactive or anti-corrosive substances.
• Pipe cleaners.
• Oxygen-rich substances.
• Aerosol containers.
• Diving cylinders, propane tanks, CO₂ containers.
• Weapons and ammunition.
• Gunpowder.
• Any military equipment.
• Dry ice.
• Fuel-powered tools.
• Lighters and lighter refills.
• Matches.
• Batteries, power banks, accumulators, and similar devices.
• Alcohol-based substances, perfumes, nail and hair varnishes.
• Alcoholic beverages.
• Car shock absorbers and other used auto parts containing lubricants or fluids.

Customs regulations of Ukraine

• Without paying customs duties, you may send personal-use items and non-commercial goods with a total value not exceeding €150 and a total weight up to 30 kg.
• It is not allowed to send medicines, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, or perishable food products.
• The total weight of one type of product must not exceed 2 kg
