Jewelry, precious metals and stones

Items prohibited for carriage by the World Transport Association:

Items that, due to their nature or packaging, may pose a danger to employees handling parcels.
Items prohibited for carriage by the company's service rules:

Customs Regulations of Ukraine

Items intended for personal use and non-commercial goods, with a total value not exceeding the equivalent of 150 euros and a total weight of 30 kg, may be sent without customs duties. It is prohibited to send medicines, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, perishable food products, and if the total weight of one type of product exceeds 2 kg.

Can I combine multiple parcels?

The ability to combine parcels depends on the service terms, the country of origin, and the status of parcels in the warehouse. If this option is available, it can help optimize shipping costs.

What items cannot be shipped?

Dangerous, explosive, flammable substances, weapons, narcotic substances, certain medications, goods with import restrictions, and other prohibited categories may be forbidden for transport. Before shipping, it is important to check transportation rules and customs restrictions.

Do I need to register to use the service?

Yes, to arrange delivery, you need to register for a personal account. After registration, you will be able to obtain the necessary shipping details, track your parcels, and manage your deliveries.

Can I track my package?

Yes, after placing your order, you will be able to track your package's status in your personal account or using the provided tracking number, if one is available for your shipment.

What should I do if the calculator isn't displaying a rate?

If the calculator isn't displaying a rate, please ensure the country, weight, and parcel value are correct. If the problem persists, there might be no rate temporarily available for the selected parameters, or you may need to contact customer support.

What does Fast Sea mean?

Fast Sea is an expedited sea freight option. It offers a good balance between cost and delivery times.

Can packages be delivered from the USA?

Yes, 3axid helps deliver packages from the USA to Ukraine. Various shipping methods may be available for the USA, including air delivery, Fast Air, Fast Sea, and sea freight.

What to do after calculating the cost?

Once calculated, you can register for a personal account, obtain a warehouse address for your purchases or shipments, and arrange for delivery via the 3axid service.

In what currency should the parcel's value be specified?

The currency depends on the country of origin. For example, for the USA, the cost is indicated in US dollars, for European countries — in euros, and for Great Britain — in pounds sterling.

What weight should be entered in the calculator?

Please enter the actual weight of the parcel. If you only know the approximate weight, you can enter an estimated value, but the final cost may change after the parcel is actually weighed at the warehouse.

Why might customs duties differ from the amount in the calculator?

The amount in the calculator is an estimate. The final calculation depends on exchange rates, product documentation, customs valuation, product category, and customs authorities' decisions during clearance.

How are customs duties calculated?

If the parcel's value exceeds the duty-free limit, customs payments may include customs duty and VAT. The calculation depends on the value of the goods, the category of the goods, exchange rates, and customs clearance regulations on the date the parcel is processed.
